Mass communication is a well-known method to reach the masses with a message. However, interpersonal communication has other forces. Interpersonal communication can bring messages more into focus and start a discussion.
At Odense Waste Management, we try to find the right balance between mass communication and interpersonal communication.
We invite kindergartens, school classes and grown-ups as well to visit us at the recycling station for a guided tour with lots of waste information. By doing this it is our hope that the visitors will become even more aware of the necessity to take responsible for obtaining a good waste culture in order to protect the environment and the future generations.
